Ladder upgrade on the Eezi-Awn. The ladder that comes with the tent is trash IMHO. Slider type with an extension needed for my truck height. Extension can’t stay with ladder when packed and the whole things was just a flexy mess.

Ordered a Tepui telescoping ladder. Over 2’ longer and way more stable. Install was an easy swap. Added grip tape for the princess.

Took apart driver side rear wheel bearings. Looks good. Old grease but ok. Will clean, repack and close up (new seals of course)

Made two SST's: modified 55mm socket for locknut (works great!) and 4" ABS for inner seal SST - block of wood to spread load, and finished repacking the driver side rear wheel bearings. Passenger side next!

New tires today. Mysteriously gouged a chunk out of the sidewall of my previous set. Held air fine but showing cords. Tread depth was @ 50% on all 4 tires so a new set is the preferred solution. I used this as good reasoning to go bigger from 265/75 to 305/70.

Now I have repacked all 4 wheel bearings (ok, 8 really) and re-inspected the front DS as I try to locate source of a minor vibration I feel when making right turns at medium speeds (think 35-55 mph mtn roads)

Ordered a Tepui telescoping ladder.
FWIW, ladders similar to those Tepui sells are available at Home Depot and the like.

Tepui's: https://tepui.com/products/telescoping-ladder

Only one of them listed at Home Depot is cheaper so there's not really a strong reason to go a different way since I think you'd have to modify it. But maybe other variations might work better for someone. There's some free standing, for example.

The OxGord 12.5' is $103.

Re-sealed the lower oil pan last weekend and then replaced the firewall steering wheel shaft gasket today.

The lower oil pan only had a few really small metal shavings that I could find with the magnet but was mostly carbon deposits. So hopefully there are no major issues going on.

I think that was around 8400'. Bit the snow didn't stop till just south of Castle Rock. The slush on 25 was stacking up to around 2" just north of colorado springs. Actually put it in 4h on the highway so I could safely change lanes.
