The 40 was stinkin the garage after a fill up. Note I have a 22 Gal rear tank and no stock tank. It does use an old 70's style gas cap though. Changed out the filler neck with a screw on gas cap

Nice work ken, that’s a cool upgrade. Do you have the part numbers handy?

Sliders on and uniballs replaced. Rear bumper did not work out and needs some adjustments to the rails that attach to the frame. My 97 that it was built for had to have some extensive work on the ends of the frame, as in they were paper thin where they still existed. We added some box tube to extend them back to factory length and welded the body mounts back on but we didn't quite get them back to OEM specs. They turned out 0.5 inches narrower than what they once were. Now I need to cut off the rails and narrow them 0.25 inches on each side in order to bolt my bumper back on. Not the worst case scenario as I still had my factory bumper to put back on (sorry JC, I was ready to only own one rear bumper).

The GX 470 got new front rotors and OEM pads this morning. Ready for more sitting in the driveway ;)

:lmao: Leveling kit.
Ah ha! I see it now! I looked at the spacing on the rear tire to the fender, looked at the rims, checked for all kinds of stuff but never looked at the front end. Looks good!

Trying out a new look while waiting for my bumper to be blasted and powder coated. Going to be my dd for the next 3-4 weeks while the hail damage on the Corolla gets fixed. I think I got this from Sascha:

Installed the Dobinsons 3" Tapered lift with 30 mm spacers up front, slee arms due to the tie rod slamming into the stock radius arms. It gave me 5 inches of lift.

The truck is very soft and rides pretty good. I haven't drove too far because my front driveshaft is not happy. I have Boulder Driveline making me a double cardan for the front using a tacoma driveshaft for parts. I also have a part time kit to install but that might not be until winter.
