Popped in a Slee Diff drop. Man Christo's stuff drips with quality. Easy and my CV's thank me and look much more level than I expected from a 3/4" drop.

Also, replaced my front sway bar end links with 325k miles on them... I splurged on a set of Trail Tailors extended links to put the sway bar back at the factory angle... makes a noticeable difference.

Very happy with the way the 80 handles now going down the road. Getting my cooper stt pros mounted tomm and alignment done!

Got my vintage air a.c. installed. Been nice on the hot summer days we've been having. I am running dual a.c. compressors and a smog pump. It's a tight fit. I also went with a gm alternator since this pic.

Manual truck shifter seats from Marlin Crawler ROCK!

Last night I installed a Marlin Crawler shifter seat and socket on my Tacoma.

What an awesome solution they sell. My 2001 only has 137k on it so I didn't really expect my seat to be too bad but on Fathers day I took my 15yr old out for her first manual trans lesson and then noticed on Monday morning that the truck was now popping out of gear. Needless to say I was not too jazzed about a trans problem at such low mileage but when I read about the shifter seat solution I decided to order up the parts and give it a try. In a rush, I spent more on the FedEx than I did with Marlin but I'm glad I did. The install is fast and easy (all from inside the truck) and my original seat was indeed crumbling garbage when I got to it. First driving impression this morning is that all is great, shifter feels much better an no more popping out of gear... all this in 20 minutes for $20!

TLDR; Manual truck shifter seats from Marlin Crawler ROCK! :thumb:

Tested out the suspension tire combo today. We moved the front forward 1.125” and the rear back 2.25”

We had about 4.5” still to the rear bump stop. Got some more sawzalling to do.
