Washed, clay bar, polish, waxed... Thank you meguiars!

I prefer Adam's over Meguiars. Plus, he's local. Order online or swing by their offices in Broomfield.

Doing the whole thing like that is a process but the results are worth it. She looks purty.

Started installing the SwitchPros but as I was wrestling with getting the connector through the firewall grommet, thunder, lightning, rain. So, the switches are in and I'll finish the rest tomorrow afternoon.

A little nip and tuck to get a light bar into the hood scoop. It's now a useful scoop. A little tentative at first but then I just started cutting.

Replaced the last 6 original suspension bushings.

Every time I see one of these things I remember how hard it was to push bushings out of my old ponitac's control arms and I shudder.

Nice work.

Over the last couple of weeks I drained and replaced the fan clutch fluid in the 80, and then I replaced the A/C compressor, expansion valve, and A/C dryer. Cleaned the evaporator coils (still had mouse nest parts from 2006-2007 ) and cleaned with BG Frigi-Clean. Vent temps dropped another 10-15 degrees from where they had been (previously couldn't go below 60 degrees). Still not quite to the green zone on the vent thermometer, but I think good enough. Only other thing I can think to do is put higher viscosity fluid in the fan clutch to pull more air through the condenser - it's behind the intercooler so it shouldn't be damaged but it's also getting preheated air.

Love the license plate frame! Trying to figure out something better for my 80's ARB! My license plate is getting bent from me standing over it wrenching in the engine bay.

Started with some tube, ended up with a roof rack... big shout to our former-commander NAKMAN! Thanks for the hookup on the towers again brother! :thumb:
