Oooooh. We're talking about different things! I think that rubber piece is part of the metal - Toyota parts number wise, anyway. I was referring to the end caps on the metal, which are both chipped off and missing completely in your photo.
Yes, the window molding is sold as a single piece with the rubber and metal bonded together. I have a new one around here somewhere.

Passenger seat frame sandblasted, epoxied, and painted with the same urethane material as the chassis.

That looks really nice. How is the foam? Did you already have your seats reupholstered, I can’t recall?

Hey, thanks! Spraying the Eastwood Optiflow primer with the gun was so satisfying. I need more excuses to do that.

Upholstery is next after I get the rig back in the garage. I did the bench backrest, but haven't done anything else since. The foam is intact, but just old at this point, same with the bench. The upholstery shop will cut and shape it for me, so I get to decide how firm or soft I want it.

Been experimenting, refining the technique before I plate for @justcruisin. Apparently, if you spray it with sulfuric acid after the zinc bath, rinse, and yellow chromate, you end up with a better finish and adhesion, and it won't rub off easily. We shall see.
