Failed again.
1.5568 NOx
time to take it to a pro. I can probably get it to pass by adding heet or something to the gas at this point, but would rather know why the vacuum reading is less than 17.7mmHG @ idle

The vacuum reading might just be due to altitude…

And Aircare has free help available if your engine is stock. You can find the number to make an appointment on their website.

Sorry you haven’t been able to get this sorted.

I’m not sure about your engine but on a stock 2F in the Denver area idle vacuum at almost 18 mmHg is stellar.

Have you replaced all of the vacuum lines? Checked the VSV's? It is a pain to open the clam shell, I know. Checked the EGR?

It is a pretty rudimentary system, but because it is that does not always mean finding the issue is easy.
