@J1000 - thanks, Jimmy! I just have a regular ol' 100-series LC, so no DVD changer. I'll probably have to do some cutting on the storage area, but this would work out very well. I also like that you're still able to hear the radio even with the storage compartment closed. Might make a good spot for both the Yaesu as well as a GMRS radio down the road...

Doing some prep work for ghost town run and kelly flats coming up; SPC upper control arms and new outer tie rods. Also cranked the coilovers a little to compensate for heavy bumper, front skid and winch. Alignment is Thursday.

Did a tune up on some stripped out exhaust manifold stud holes :). Used timeserts and seemed to go pretty well.

Ran the emissions gauntlet today. Passed no problem.

Ended up doing a full tune up and oil change prior to test. Used two bottles of red heat and threw on my new set of emissions rollers that came off an 07 Sequoia.

I really think that should be part of the standard operating procedure for everyone when they go through it. The less work your engine has to do while running the test, the less compensation the ECM is going to try to do, the easier it should be to get through the sniffer.

If you ever need to use those rollers let me know. I'm gonna advertise these rollers for club use.

Finished the rest of my lift today with the help of @J1000 :risingsun

I got about 2 inches in the rear and 1.5 inches in the front. I did OME 2865s in the rear, and Ironman T-bars. I also reinforced the front lower control arms with brackets from Ironman as well.

I am freaking excited for the next opportunity to go wheeling.

More prep for ghost town / kelly flats:
Installed rear diff breather extension from yotashop.com. little kit was $31. Pricey maybe for gates hose and fittings but came pre-assembled and 5 min install. Also reinstalled the oe overload springs in the rear leaf packs. They initially conflicted with the Icon 3 leaf add on that i installed so they were removed. But with the weight of my gear and camping equipment necessitated reinstalling. Had to cut off one leaf keeper on each of the overloads to make it work but was easy. Note the shinny spot that i forgot to paint

My kid says everything is better with wheels, so we added some wheels to the fridge. Easier to maneuver it out of there, and for the mrs to tilt it down to get into it.

That's not a bad price for the kit especially since I've seen other kits in the $60-$80 range. $30 is definitely worth it as to not take up your time piecing it together.

Second firing of the LM7. Exhaust and shifter are the last two big things, oh and I need to figure out why my CDL isn’t engaging.

Your CDL may not engage if the truck isn't rolling. Can you hear the motor when you engage the button?

Installed a new Andersen power plug in the back of the pig for my ARB fridge. I have been using a plain 12V DC plug but the power cord would have a tendency to wiggle out after a while on a bumpy road. The Anderson plug is nice and tight. No chance of it fall out unless I go all Evel Knievel.

Box saaaays 120 And It’s a half inch smaller all the ay around than a typical 100w panel. Both Batteries are at 14.2 right now. I got a $135 Amazon starter kit. Eco-worthy Is the brand. Then got the MPPT controller As specified in my other thread. I think I need a better mounting design. another thread coming
