My son and I tore down his replacement 1FZ over the weekend. This engine will be replacing the one in his 95 FZJ80 that burns a bit of oil and has a HG leak (coolant only). Head is going to Gunn. HG kit will be purchased from Cruiser Outfitters. Injectors will be cleaned by Fuel Injector Specialist. I need to make a list of all the misc. seals, gaskets, and belts that are not included in the HG kit. Maybe this time I'll actually create a spreadsheet with Toyota p/n's so I don't have to recreate the list each time. He is going to install ARB head bolts because he has dreams of a turbo in the future.
