'77 Toyota 4x4 pickup

'77 Toyota pickup 4x4. From what I read years ago, these had a Dana 30 solid axle swapped into them from another vehicle (Jeep?). No affiliation - just saw this and thought it was neat.

Looks clean, price has already dropped from the listed one down to 17500. The only thing that flags me is the nearly 4 years in Ohio. That said, it was only about 30k miles there, but up to you whether that's a concern. If I read the carfax right, it's on the 4th owner right now....

It wouldn't be a good cruiser unless the check engine light was on, right?
I have the original fender flares with misc. parts.
Driver's leather seat base is quite worn-coming apart at seams. Steering wheel and shifter handle need to be re-covered. Rest of the seats are in pretty decent shape.
It's got 207k on the clock- no engine work done to date. Rear main seal leaks.
Starter fault switch has been acting up-which is common. I mentioned exhaust leak in posting.
Minor front driveshaft vibes at 65+ highway speed. It's still a blast to drive. Needs some new rubber- AR steel wheels have some rust

Interesting picture of the VIN plate on the frame....I'm scratching my head as to what that is smeared around it. Makes me wonder if there is something fishy going on there. Too bad it doesn't have lockers on it.

I looked at those, do you know what the backspacing is? And, I need 5 so I'd have to scramble for another one. Or better yet.... do you still have the OEM 16's from your LX?

Offset on these is the same as the stock 16" wheels at +60mm I believe. Sorry, got rid of the 16's years ago.
