Man, that tool is artwork. Pure machining sex in anodized aluminum.

Kinda sucks about CK dropping the 6-bolts. They also stopped making the singlespeed hub. Just losing their religion I suppose, so to speak.

Consider this
Consider this the hint of the century
Consider this the slip
That brought me to my knees, failed
What if all these fantasies come flailing around?
And now, I've said too much

So I’ve been sitting on this Tool Lodge organizer sample for years. Perfect application for it. You simply push the tool in to make a custom form. Dead sexy tool box eye candy display.

Finally getting on the Chris King/Spank 359 wheel build. DT Comps 2.0/1.8. Did my black with two silver spokes at the valve stem pattern 3x of course. I reverted back to standard alloy DT nipples. I feel they are a higher quality nipple than the new Squorx design. None of these rounded off in the tensioning process. 915g front without rim tape or valve.

I think these are my new favorite rims despite having to use nipple washers. Things tentioned up very nicely. Also helps to have a proper j-bend spoke. The king hub design is so nice with a taller flange and geometry that ends up with just 1mm difference in spoke length on each side. I will also note that adding 6mm to the Spank published ERD is the number I’ll use moving forward to compensate for rim wall thickness and nipple washers.
