View attachment 100146Redid the battery terminals and cleaned up the wiring to the battery.
Looks good! That's on my to-do list.

I need to get some battery terminal grease and lube them up. Here are the terminals that I used.Looks good! That's on my to-do list.
Scored this very wrecked one owner triple locked 40th anniversary today on Copart. Anyone from the Boulder area recognize it? Who has front end parts???

I need to do that to my 4RunnerThe start of something potentially messy! Power steering flush then clean the internal screen.
I haven't driven the 4runner for two months due to the whining in the steering. I hope this is the fix.I drove my 80 to Costco today. 👍
That's what mine was doing but the opposite. I ended up having to replace the CDL actuator with a new OEM unit. It would not engage once the truck heated up. If the truck was cold it would lock but once the truck was up to operating temp the CDL would not engage.Wonder if somthing like tha is causing my occasional CDL delay engaging. Always works once things warm up
I don't know if there can be a right answer. If you ask 10 wheel spacer users you'll probably get 5 do and 5 don't. But I don't see why you'd need Loctite on spacers any more than you'd need it on the lugnuts in the first place. Regular wheel studs and lugnuts are subject to dissimilar metals (e.g. alloy wheels on steel) and heating without loosening. Also put on some wheel spacers I had sitting around for a couple months. What are folks opinions on lock tite on these. Spider trax says yes, but Bora says they void warranty. My thought is I will do the recommended torques and check after 50 miles. Don't want to not be able to remove in the case of a trail repair.
