Yup, OK, State Farm has a 30-40% stake in Hagerty. I spoke with my agent; the rig is insured for $85K through State Farm Classic+; coverage is good, the deductible is about $750, and there are no silly stipulations. Cost is about $1,300/yr for those interested.

Thanks for the pointer, Adam.

I'm yet to find a source for a Land Cruiser. Hagerty told me no 4x4 trucks. My primary carrier USAA will not offer me a stated policy unless my vehicle is stored indoors plus some other criteria like annual mileage that I don't recall as my 80 will not clear the header of my garage so I stopped caring at that point.
I’ve had USAA auto ins for 50 years and insure my 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser with them. Since the LC is a street-legal 4x4, I should be able to ask USAA for an aftermarket modification endorsement. Did you ask them about this?

I have not. I need to call the, and make a change to a different vehicle. I’ll ask at that time.

I just got a 40k stated policy with Hagerty through Allstate on my 80. Im actually going to be saving 300 bucks a year now for the same policy essentially.
