Are those volcanic mountains the background? The way they are separate from each other is so different than our Colorado mountains. And where's your trailer?

I think it's more that the separation is evidence of a former glacier. Just south of Valdez is a MASSIVE glacier. One of the largest glaciers on earth where it meets the sea. It takes us about 5 minutes to fly over the glacier there, but perpendicular to it--we're typically doing 550mph or so.

At Denali NP. Started raining last night right after bed. Thankfully I deployed the awning before retiring for the night. Wet morning cooking. Had a pair of moose run through camp last light.
