Been eating from the camper for 4 nights time for a treat. Halibut tacos for me at the pier.

Are those volcanic mountains the background? The way they are separate from each other is so different than our Colorado mountains. And where's your trailer?
Today’s big catch. A 164 pounder. Not ours but talked to the happy fisherman. He was actually a dentist from our area. 5’11” Bridger for scale.
Dropped it at the hotel parking lot.
Going on a boat ride.

Awesome!!! Best halibut I ever ate was on the pier in Valdez! Thanks again for keeping up with the posts! Love watching the journey and seeing photos
I think it's more that the separation is evidence of a former glacier. Just south of Valdez is a MASSIVE glacier. One of the largest glaciers on earth where it meets the sea. It takes us about 5 minutes to fly over the glacier there, but perpendicular to it--we're typically doing 550mph or so.

Gone fishing today. Bridger just spotted a pod of killer whales.
Bridger got the catch of the day. 59” over 100lbs. Full catch in the deck, not all ours.

Wow that’s awesome.you can have it mailed back to me I’ll toss it in our freezer.

At Denali NP. Started raining last night right after bed. Thankfully I deployed the awning before retiring for the night. Wet morning cooking. Had a pair of moose run through camp last light.
The vault toilets are fortified at Denali NP. No bear is coming through that to steal my
