You could do some overdrive tcase gears if you go split case.

AA has them as well, but they kind of rubbed me the wrong way, and this seems like an upgraded design.

Do you not have to machine the case with these anymore? Doesnt say anything about it....

I might end up picking one of these up myself someday.

Nope, only have to machine the case for the 4:1 kit.

Progress continues

Picked up a low mile 2F motor and drive train the other week and am going to use it as a donor for the fj45. I have decided at this point that it will get a 5spd and probably run a 2F until I want to takle the 3F build. Mocking it up in the frame.

Also in that picture is the new/used bed floor that is going to be grafted into my existing truck bed. Or whats left of it.

Blasted parts

All the parts are pretty much blasted at this point. The frame is headed off to get blasted and then powder coated.
