(we're all on the same page that we're just sharing some dank memes and talking shit on this thread, right?)

This is serious, serious stuff.

I saw a massive, brand new Jeep covered in expensive junk from Arizona, up on Yankee boy a few weeks ago with "overlandr" his plates.

We parked and hiked blue lakes pass and the guy was STILL taking Instagram pictures when we got back.

Not sure what I'm really getting at with this post other than it was hilarious and sad at the same time.

MAXTRAX MKII: Turquoise
We've turned up the stoke and added a bunch of radness with this all-new special edition color that's fresh off the boat from Australia. This limited edition color will not be produced again.

Whoa, these will work so much better in turquoise! Better buy two sets -- one to use now, and one to hoard for your future overlanding museum.

Overland at speed.
Step one: Take dog found on highway on your adventure
Step two: Go fast on twisty roads
Step Three: Setup camp

You forgot one:

Step four: Post copious amounts of pics of steps one-three on instagram, with the hashtag #overland4lyfe.

saw this cayenne yesterday, Looked pretty sharp. caynenne First few seconds of this video shows Tacos spinning their wheels before they introduce the Cayenne project

My buddy traded his Cayenne "base" in with 230k on it (original owner) and had done a few grand of work on it over the years but didn't seem like it was anything crazy for maintenance. Another buddy has a turbo and while I helped him replace a "center driveshaft bearing", he's had pretty good luck it seems and is coming up on 150k. He maintains it himself and is very mechanically savvy which has something to do with it.

Seems like a great "all around" mountains car, especially with the prices coming down so much and the type of ownership group buys them as first owners. The 4.5 turbo would be amazing climbing up 70, and the brakes on them are massive for the descents.

Maybe I'm missing something but those Berg dudes might be on to something with LC prices having gone through the roof. That being said if they'd swapped those Tacoma's for a 200, or a 100 with a locker that would have been a different video.

EDIT: GOOD LORD. I just went over and spent some time on the cayenne forums. "Totally normal" problems for those guys and their Cayennes are things that would make most Land Cruiser owners die inside...and they just...keeping throwing money at them...

Yeah and don’t get a turbo S and expect to have an affordable brake replacement. Might as well throw it away and get a new car.

If we're trying to be grammatically correct here, technically it's: "Bruh... do you even overland, Bro?" Bruh is only to be used in an exclamatory sense, never as a pronoun. Bro is the appropriate pronoun for a person, and can refer to all genders. How do I know this exquisite piece of knowledge? I work on a college campus and live with a 16 year-old and am often called a Boomer, even though I'm in my 40s. At least I haven't been called cheugy yet. Oh, wait... And apparently boomer is out now too, no cappin.' And no double- spacing after a period.

I need a nap. Double-space
