The real crazy thing is how all the license plate data gets scooped up by the companies that manufacture them and then can be used to make accurate and detailed maps of where and when a license plate goes somewhere across the country.

That is the big brother part. And where our system fails the public good.

To answer one question, yes, with the 2005+ Tacoma bed the rubber mat is almost mandatory. The fiber-plastic material they use for the inner box is very hard and slick so junk slides around like crazy and will pick up a static charge.

Note that static charge thing is critical with fuel cans. Take them out and put them on the ground!

Adding to the discussion about Seat Jackers. I have them on my Tacoma. No change in headroom, massive changes in comfort. 10/10
