Just about done, Marco? If you are ready for another project, I'll bring my '83 over and we can knock it out in about a week or ten! You really have been inspirational for some of us laggards and I can't wait to see the Green Machine up close and personal. I'll have to bring a notebook and a camera to record what you have done.

Not quite there yet Steve! Still need to finish the wiring (parts came in today) and get the dash stuff back in. I also need to refurbish the heater and heater lines so that can go in. Top cap also still needs to be redone. Phew.

I got a little further on the doors last night and also took the heater apart. It was kinda dirty. The core was also leaking a bit. I'm taking it to Colorado Radiator today. Picture blast so I know how it goes back together.

Do you have new foam for that bad boy? I considered trying to install a duct filter after cleaning mine up, but haven't gotten around to it yet

Yes, I got a heater rebuild kit from the atlass (?) guy on mud years ago. foam still seems fresh so that's nice.

Yes he only has the older ones. I emailed him asking if he was going to make later ones, so that's a maybe?

I have an New one in the bag from the dealer so I'm good but I was thinking of other folks.

Some photos of some knobs so I know the switches they go on. As well as the pull cables. I'm going to try to either send them to get done or do them up myself.

For 4500 bucks I imagine you could find a mat company to make custom a reproduction mat, or several. Are the later model ones insulated at all or just a rubber mat? I know the older ones are just a rubber mat.

Yeah, i wonder what it'd cost to duplicate the one I have. It has insulation on the bottom.

Thanks Wes! I may need to go get them from you. I was thinking of sending them to this dude RAGINGMATT on mud who does choke cables and knobs. I need a new sheath on my choke cable so I was pondering sending it all to him but I'll see how that goes. I may want to do it faster since it's getting close.

I finally got the wiring stuffed under the dash in what looks to be the correct routing. It kind of fell into place. The grommets turned out nice looking where the wires come out of the firewall.

I also discovered I need a two wire dome light... which is apparently hard to find.

I got the pedal parts and heater box back from powder today and got the pedals in and the brakes and clutch bled.

The little rubber bumpers for the pedals I found are a perfect match. Steele Rubber Products # 33-1574-71
