Got the cargo area panels in my 60, well 95% of the way. There are two holes I’m unable to get u-clips in, so I need to find some j-clips or the right size rivnuts. I’m also going to pull the panels back out and add the boom mat foam speaker protectors (rear quarter panel rust = water intrusion) and install sound dampener. I picked up some 3M stuff from Napa for pretty cheap.

I saw a thread on Mud about the exterior “C” pillar vents. The rubber flaps dry rot and fall apart over time. That’s what is allowing the water to get into wheel wells. Take them apart and make some new flaps.

Honestly it’s probably this haha. If I pull the panel back on the driver’s side I can see daylight and tarmac!

Started to install skids yesterday on the DD only to figure out I’m missing the middle piece. 🤦‍♂️

Dang it! Does RCI have one you'll be able to pick up before you head out of town?
I’ll know tomorrow when I call. I’m not to worried. I’ve run spring creek w/ this truck and no skids at all. I’ll be fine ether way, but did want it all done already. 🤦‍♂️👍

Got into some mud over the weekend doing some backpacking in Dark Canyon. Felt pretty great to have been the first ones in this year. Took us quite a bit of winching and some snow bashing to get to our trailhead.

Going to have a long date with the carwash after work today.

No go on the middle skid..... My own fault for not making sure I had ordered all of them..... Ordered and 3 weeks out.

Wheel maintenance. New hardware and cleaned the beads up. 32 bolts in a star pattern 3 times. Than final torque.

Wow, that looks like a lot of work.

Is it me, or am I seeing the lugs correctly in that the studs aren't long enough to catch all of the nut threads?
Studs definitely aren’t long enough, but that’s changing soon. next in the list is axle rebuilds, brakes, wheel studs.

Swapped the driver door today. I liked the dent but I like not-dent better.

Along with the Mirror, Lock Core, Speaker, Latch, Interior Panel and Glass I also had to swap over the Wire Harness (door is a '97 and the harness plugs didn't match my '93).

It all looks good but one thing I cant quite get right is that the that the glass doesn't ride snug in the tracks. On the back edge of the window frame the edge of the glass comes out of the channel just a little bit when I roll it up. I can also wiggle it back and forth when it's mid-way up. The '97 glass that was in it did the same thing and now it does that with the original '93 glass after I moved it over. My best thought is that the rollers on the regulator have wear/play (I'm using the '97 regulator that came with the door). Any other thoughts on how to snug that up? Is there a bumper or clip inside the track that I might have knocked loose and don't know about?
