I'd probably try to make a plate that tied both bolt patterns together. 4 through holes that bolt to the frame, then 4 threaded holes to bolt the steering thing onto. It would push the location out say 1/2" from the frame (presuming 1/2" material) but would get it done. I don't know if things would still bolt up ok but lmk if I can help with that.
Appreciate the input! I got in touch with the guy that did the kit and he mentioned I'll need to clearance the spring bucket. I'm contemplating my best way to do that without taking out too much metal but I'll post up once I dive in.

What’s wrong with this picture.

That little bolt looks out of place. Can’t think of where it should go though.

I keep some spare bolts in my truck but that is a storage location I hadn't thought of.

I'm going to have to do this to mine whenever i decide i want to get the AC going again... its all been open to tons of trail dust for the last 4-1/2 years of so.

Getting ready for CM25, found a bit of play in front passenger so went in and readjusted wheel bearing. Clearly, my newish seal and rebuild has failed on this side. Goop soup. I ain't doing that until later.
Also, shock tower mount bolt was coming loose... that must be a 23 mm.
Drain and replace on trans and TC coming up.
Clutch master and slave...
Don't want to break down on the 40s run😉🥳

Installed the FT-7800 radio I pulled from the GX into the Tundra... nothing too fancy, put the head unit in easy reach with your arm resting on the center console, remote speaker under the driver seat...

drilled a couple holes in my big cup holder insert to hold the hand mic.

Got my rig in at Stevinson to have the front main seal and the oil pump gasket replaced before CM25. I feel like i could have done this in my garage if we added just a few more hours to each day.

Also did some touch up painting to the lower part of the body where the PO spit some rhino liner, apparently blindfolded. Driver's side done, will get the passenger side taken care of when the rig comes home.

Lots of work done to my 80 this weekend. @AimCOTaco came over Friday and we prewired the dual battery set up. Got the idle adjusted a little higher on the LS. Spent Saturday moving wiring around for when @MoFunna4l2unna and I get the ruffstuff batter box mounted up Wednesday. Before that though, Tuesday after noon is dyno/tune day for the LS. Any guess to HP numbers? 5.3 truck motor. Stock other than a cam.

Swapped in a cleaned set of injectors. while there found my EGR pipe to head connection was loose and leaking exhaust. Took care of that too. Very tricky spot to get at. You can see it in this picture. It is BEHIND the pesky heater hose!

New fuel filter.

Took the snow tires off the 100. Found a screw in one. Repairable.

Ran into this healthy critter while lying on the floor next to it. I’d been next to its nest since Friday evening without noticing. S-He ☠️ (Thx @twentyfooteighty knows his spiders!🕷️)
