I recall him being pretty standoffish when Dean and I stopped after skiing to ask if it was for sale. This would have been 2005ish I guess. I think he got tired of jerks stopping and asking him if it was for sale.

You know what else I really miss is the Silver Plume bakery and stopping on the way home at Grumpy's Sunday night town jam for pizza and beer.
