Does anybody in the club or club adjacent have a Montero from that era? looked at that ad again and there’s a part in there that looks like it might fit the bill for an NLA 60 Series part…. My wheels are turning. If I could get a better photo of the part that would help.
@HDavis There’s one exactly like this but red on my work commute. It’s lifted with pizza cutters and some good patina. Always liked how it looked. Logan between 14th and Colfax, if you ever drive by keep an eye out, it's usually parked on the street.

FJ40 for sale in NM
Anybody interested in this beast at $15k firm. 1973 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. Will trade for something I can cash out on at that cash amount but I’m pretty firm. I understand it’s a tough time of the year to sell something. Price is very reasonable, considering what rust buckets are going for. I understand the Chevy engine hurts the value of truck but this truck is still in very good shape and fun to drive. Rough country suspension , new tires, rust free, undercarriage appears to be restored and looks really good, Chevy 327 engine, 3 speed transmission, BIG aluminum radiator, clean title. Would like to sell as fast as possible. Located in New Mexico.
