I had almost that exact same 62.. had to look close to make sure it wasn't mine. Sure looks pretty!
Other than the Man-A-Fre engine rebuild, this looks like a pretty solid truck for not a bad price. Worth a second look, anyway. I have not heard good things about maf's engines.

Not a 79 unless that's a very odd way to title a 78 in NZ. Maybe they took remaining inventory of 78 body tubs and continued to use them up into 79. Wrong bib, lights, gas tank, rain gutter at door, hand brake, etc. Cool front vent window model with late model seats though.

Nice FJ40 Top. This was mine, appears Carson doesn't need it. No headliner, No Rust. The drip rail was re-riveted and sealed and new weather strip by the previous owner. Overall a really solid top, cheap.
