Nice old 25. That guy wants that kind of money, he needs to bust out an air gun, and then a hose. It's hard to tell, but if that is concrete dust, that paint may need some significant TLC. I'm guessing it doesn't run. One would assume if it ran, he would have pulled it out and cleaned it up.

A gas company will build you a quick disconnect line any length you need. Super easy to instal a fitting into a pre-existing main.
