From the auction description: "You'll notice the safety features of our racks as well. In one of the pictures, you'll see that one of our customers was rear ended by a van. The strength of our rack prevented the subframe of the bike from collapsing and believe it or not, this rack was unbolted and subsequently bolted right back on his new bike!"

New paint...makes me.wonder how the body underneath actually is. Can't tell for sure but the 6 on the odor looks higher which means the odo has rolled

Yup, that's mine, I brought it home on Saturday, I think the CL poster just took a while to delete the listing.

... now to try to overcome a bunch of deferred maintenance. :) At least it's fully locked and not leaking in my driveway as-is.

Good luck with that. My father in law bought an 80 last year with 304k on it and a ton of maintenance that needed to be done. I took it for an emission test thinking that there was no way in hell it would pass. Somehow it passed with flying colors. Luckily the PO never fixed any of the oil leaks and it kept everything from rusting.

Haha thanks, my hope is full exhaust + knock sensor will get the CEL off and the truck ready for emissions... TBD! The front undercarriage also looks like ground zero for the Exxon Valdez spill, but likewise I have yet to find any rust on the chassis itself. Going to Purple Power it this weekend and see if I can create a Superfund site in the process.

I laid on the ground for two hours washing his with a power washer and I looked like I was one of the poor animals caught in the oil spill. My leaks were front seal, oil pump oring, high pressure power steering line, distributor oring, and valve cover. Still leaks a couple drops but I got tired of fixing leaks and we called it good.

Hey congrats. I had noticed this truck myself and posted it up on the fb page. And def a score with it being locked alone for that price.
