At that mileage there is a lot of parts value. Maybe not $5500 considering the labor to take it apart. Shall we get it and part it out among the club? I'm in for $500 for the transmission.

171,xxx miles / 275,xxx km - [all gauges are metric] Low for this truck, this engine will do 400k-500k miles.Gets about 18mpg/city - 30mpg/hwy, doesn’t burn oil, plug-in type lower radiator hose heater & battery blankets installed to help on cold mornings.

Imported from Japan to CO in late 2013 & It’s been my daily driver since then. I’m the only US owner. Clean CO title, always passes emissions. Any parts you need are available from a few US/Canadian suppliers [even Amazon]. I really love this truck, but I need a pickup for an upcoming renovation & can’t justify two vehicles.

The VX model HJ61 is the top-of-the-line package, similar to the FJ62, with all factory options:
Power sunroof, windows, locks & mirrors
A/C - works perfect
Rear wiper & defrost
Fog lights
CD/Mini-disc player w/aux input
24v power w/12v converter to charge phones, etc

4WD:
Push button 4wd - and standard Toyota H2-H4-HL setup

New Manual locking front hubs - replaced in last 3k miles
Bilstein Shocks - replaced in last 6k miles

The body is the classic FJ 60 Series with some unique features
ARB Bumper
Fender flares
High roof
Clear tail lights & side markers
BFG-AT 31’s w/75% tread left
Unique Rallye wheels [pretty cool]
Tow hitch & lights hook-up installed

The Cruiser has been trouble free in the last 3 years, I upgraded/replaced the tires & shocks, installed Optima Blue Top batteries along with the radiator hose heater & battery blankets to make cold starting easy - decrease engine wear. Added fog lights & upgraded the headlights along with the bumper & tow hitch. Basically made it ready for life in CO. Always kept really clean & services done regularly. Just pro-detailed top to bottom. Fresh oil/filters changes & fluid check….. She’s ready for a new home.

2000 LC with 70k miles - two owner clean title - $9,500. Wish I had the coin - that green is my personal favorite 100 color. Don't think I've seen one with this crazy low of miles...

I saw that earlier and cross-posted it to Mud but apparently someone else spoke with the owner and reported that he was cranky, and that the frame was rusty. Nothing more to go on than that, but it certainly is low miles.
