Turbo

That's my neck of the woods. Might have to stop by and meet him. Looks like an early 40 or 25 in the background of pic 2.

From what I gather this is Matt Tarnows rig sitting at a buddy's house. I have bought some parts from Matt in the past and he has some pretty amazing stuff sitting around. He also used to work at our Scout Camp.

A turbo 3FE is a rare one. For 4500$, that looks like a pretty good deal.

Seller is short on info and hasn't responded to my pic requests of the rust or how many miles are on the chassis...but seeing as other HJ60s are in the $15k range this one might be a decent deal.

An HJ-60 for $15K is too much, unless it's an absolute cream puff with plastic still on the seats.

For that much money, an HJ-61 can be had. And HJ-61>HJ-60, in every measurable way.

He is for sure, and his collection is drool worthy. Steve, Our dad and I stopped by his place a coupe years ago. It seems like he has 10 of everything. His sons daily driver was a BJ73 with no top or doors. Super rad.

That's a steal. What a great foundation to build on...

Weird that exterior photos are all with greenery around, but interior photos are showing snow on ground and windshield. Looks like the truck was for sale before, or intended to be. Would make me question why someone sells a 4wd that's running well in the heart of the season that calls for it the most.

Not saying its a bad deal, just that I would ask questions.

And less than 10K miles per year.....??? I'd suggest asking ALOT of questions. Something's doesn't add up on this one in my thinking. :D
