Is this pricing in-line with what these things go for now?
A lot of them are so rusty these days they have holes in them. If it's solid, this isn't an outrageous price, but it's not a bargain either.

That tent seems like it would be really noisy in the slightest breeze. Also, 25k for a used minimalist pop up camper is a little hard to stomach! It is a cool exercise in what is possible, so long as it was done someone else's money. I would just go aluminum and pay the 75lb weight penalty.

It is incredible some days to see the money people will spend to not sleep in a regular tent.

I agree with you completely, however, I would insist on another inspection somewhere else. I have personally had a bad experience with this dealership years ago when trying to buy a used Tacoma.
