i found this build with a google search since i'm going to build my own like this for my Jeep. I'm impressed - very nice work man.

couple questions -
what thickness of sheet metal did you use, and what wall thickness & tubing size did you use for the tub rim?

where did you get the sheet metal bent at & how much did they charge you for the bending & material? Might save others (and me :D) some time vs going down the list in the phone book.

sorry for the delay.. I dont really remember what gauge the tub is. i think it's either 16 or 18.. and the rim to the tub is 1"x1"x1/8" total over kill on the entier trailer.. my next trailer im going to go down to 1/16" for everywere i did 1/8.. but i was wanting to be able to role the thing over on the trails and not have to think twice about if the trailer is ok. as far as who formed the sheet medal.. lol i know but you dont.. muwahahahha :hill:

JK give me a few to find the info

any sort of stabilizer at the rear of the trailer (trailer to ground)? i'd be afraid it'd tip while i was sleeping in there;)

There are many cool stabilizers in the pop-up camper world - either crank down or flip-down. Some are stouter and better engineered than others.

Yea. Jeff has it.
I was just setting up for photos.
And it's pretty stable w/o it. But it did tip a tad when the wife was inside and I jumped in. :)
