Probably a Solid Axle Summit attendee leaving Ouray I would bet. We came through on 50 yesterday, from Ouray back home to Denver, and if you stood out on the main drag in Gunnison you could probably have seen 20-30 LCs go by over the weekend.

Seems plausible. Figured an FJ60 with hubcaps up from Texas might be recognized.

Spotted this 60 for sale in Silverton, too, parked right on the main drag. Looked like an 86 or 87, under 150k miles, and TRULY rust free. Absolutely zero rust anywhere on it - rear quarter arches were dead, dead perfect, frame was pristine, not a lick or the orange stuff anywhere. Easily the nicest original 60 I’ve ever seen. We called the number and they’re asking $35k and have a waitlist.

Yup! I would've posted photos but mine from Thursday was terrible (got the street light with a red blob in the corner, focus on the bug-covered windscreen) and it was dark when I came back through last night and I was in no mood to make the drive any longer.

Found another one today. I was driving through Baker to cut off some traffic and saw this mint green/grass green 40 hiding in an alley. I went back around to check it out. This dude is serious about his truck and I can’t blame him one bit.

That 55 is right by my house, she's a beaut. You can barely see the spare tire sticking out horizontally like a giant tongue on the front bumper. Mobile trampoline?

That is me. The front mount tire is a combination engine work stand, lunch table, and push bar, oh yeah, and a second spare tire.
