Was up at the Yesteryear Farm Show and the Dougherty Museum in Longmont this morning. Lots of cool tractors, equipment and vehicles. Took way too many photos.

You know the "Stanley" part of the hotel is for Freelan Stanley who built the resort. He was half of the brothers Stanleys (the other is Francis Stanley) who started the motor car company. He came to Estes Park because he had tuberculosis.

A steam car is the perfect Colorado vehicle. All you need is something that burns and water. My great-grandfather had one and would fill it up with trash, wood, and river water.
