New 2.5" polished 304 stainless exhaust. Just waiting on the O2 sensors and a clamp...

Dead sexy

Wow, that's beautiful. Is it the stock routing?

That is sweet. The only thing I don't like is the exit. I prefer the straight back with a turndown.

Over the frame in front of the muffler and passenger exit.

The reason I decided to dump it out the side is because I have crushed anything that sticks out the back. Ideally, it could turn down just before the bumper but I wasn't sure it would clear the subtank.

Do you expect a whistle without the resonator? I have mine exit on the pass side behind the rear tire. It hasn't gotten bent yet but I do have the turbo whistle since the resonator left.

Hows the fit and finish of the install? The early stuff from EMS was not that great on Fit nor finish. Does look nice just sitting on the floor.

Fit and finish are excellent with only one area of concern being the bolt on the PS body mount up front where your feet are, is very close to the tubing. Cutting the excess bolt off 3/8" worked perfect. Tig welding is flawless. Only time will tell on the rest.

Lifts going to be empty for a couple of days :)

Thank you again for your help.

It has a resonator built in. So far I haven't heard the whistle but I might need to be outside the truck to hear it.

Dual cats.

How was the turn around time after you ordered it. I know there as been plenty of bashing on MUD with EMS Powered. But I definitely want that eventually too.

Ordered Feb 18th and it arrived March 13th. Only complaint I have with EMS is they didn't include the v-band clamp.

I am not sure of the brand but they are high flow. Both have EO codes so hopefully the AirCare folks don't give me grief. Sounds a little tuner-ish but I like it.

It fits really well in the truck. Even though it is close to the slider bracket, it doesn't touch and has no rattles. I am going to run it as is until I crush the exhaust tip. After that, I am going to route it over the rear frame and have it dump out even with the bumper.

nice!

The old ones had 200,000 miles on them so I figured why not.

Nice.

Any noticeable seat of the pants feel?

I had reasonable expectations that an exhaust wouldn't make my tractor motor any faster. The seat of the wallet feels like the reduced back pressure may have lowered the torque a little. The high end feels like it always did.

Big thank you to Snowruns - Prop Rod Mod!

Fits without any modification. Perfect for super cold days when your struts want to drop the hood on your head or when the wind picks up ;)

I got one awhile back but it needs to be about another 1.5" longer, as the wind will sometimes blows the hood up/down and strut falls out to the front.

At some stage will get an extra piece added on.

Added some form and function today thanks to Slee. The production design will be slightly different.
