DOH, never knew this thread was here, will post up my pics shortly, or you can friend me on FB (same as user name)

In years past there was always a thread called "Live From Cruise Moab" both here and on 'Mud. I like how Randy simplified it this year...

Had a great time this year. Fun hanging out. Martin and I ended up in Beef Basin for two days (I couldn't afford registration this year). Beef Basin and surrounding country is slowly becoming my favorite spot. The LTBs did great. Look forward to next year .

Awesome you were able to get into Beef Basin. I went in early April and it was still snowed in on the north facing decent  Plus it was rainy and muddy down below. Nice photo!

Yep, she's still talking about Moab Rim

The first time I took my wife on Moab Rim, she walked the entire first mile or so until we cleared the shelf road.

I'm confident that will be the case next time. This go around she just didn't know what she was getting into until the tire was off the ground!!! Yeeha

A small sampling of my pics:

Larry from Seattle work on the first obstacle past the creek on Cliffhanger.

Jeff from Calgary on one of the last rough spots on Hells Revenge

Pete from Abbotsford, BC doing an optional ledge on Metal Masher

That's me heading up the sandstone on Hells Revenge

We also went up to White Wash Sand Dunes on Wednesday to explore and play in the red sand.

In this shot Larry is approaching the Cliffhanger obstacle.

And he tries and tries to work his way over it. Although I made it over this back in 2011, none of us made it without taking a strap this year.

Self explanatory

Here Pete (Antarctican) works on one of the final uphill features at the end of the run.

In this shot, I am working on the last bit of the climb at the end of the trail.

Getting all four down for some traction

And then popping out of the hole. If you look closely you will see daylight under both front tires. :rocker:

Today's allotment of Moab porn.

A view of Pete / Antarctican's FJ shows how Cliffhanger got its name.

A 2004 Tacoma being driven up the Cliffhanger obstacle. I am terrible with names but know this guy is a Rising Sun member. I have a bunch of great pics of it wheeling so it you want the pics message me and I will either mail them or give you an ftp link.

Here he is just pulling out of the notch.

Same Tacoma coming down towards the last obstacle before the creek.

Same Tacoma on the first of several uphill obstacles before finishing the trail

Same Tacoma again climbing out of the hole before proceeding to the many ledges at the end of the trail

That's BJ Goodheart (BGoodheart on the forum). Looks like he was having some fun for sure.

Great pics as usual James! :thumb:
