The copyright on the music was causing it to be blocked. I removed the audio so now it is not blocked but I would not say that it works cause the audio is a big part of this video, or at least the way I produced it.
For now,(until I can come up with a better alternative)you can open the official version of the audio on youtube in another window.

Skip the ad and start to play the Cabin By the Sea video about 5 seconds after you start the Swell video.
This should give you time to start the Swell video, then start the music, then go back and watch the swell video with the music.

I'm glad the swell video worked out for some. I have found a better way to share it so you can download it all with the audio on one file and youtube cant block it.
