All quiet before the storm here at the Cruise Moab base camp - Slickrock Campground. Edit that - all muddy because it's rained like mad here the past two days. But that's expected to dry out and the forecast is good.

So post here as we go!

Mike:

We waved to you as you headed West last night. We were in the 61 headed east to go rescue some friends who got a box truck stuck up Little Bear.

About 6PM I think.

EDIT--it may not have been you. But it was definitely a white 80 with grey trim lines and a green RTT headed west on I-70 through Clear Creek County last night.

Chillin' in Grand Junction tonight, getting ready to meet up for the Kokopelli Trail early tomorrow morning. Had a great steak at BIN 707 Foodbar - highly recommended.

Hiked, dogs swam, Burt88 arrived, and 7 of us went out and only I had beer cheese soup. A good Monday.

Good moisture content in your post, Inukshuk! Where are the dogs swimming? Cool to see a big-ass 62. Looking forward to seeing it in person.

Long drive to Glenwood tonight. A wadded up semi closed the tunnels right before I started in, so they turned us around and sent us over Loveland pass. Coming down another semi rear ended a quarter of a million dollar RV with a trailer full of toys. Happy to be halfway...
