the more i see from these guys the more i want to take my Chevelle there. Need to take it apart first, but i think these guys might be the shop to do the body work for me...

your 40 is coming along nicely!
Obviously I haven't seen it in person yet, but I'm super pleased. Photos every night, and calls with any clarifications. For fitment, it probably is better to send over to n-frame, but that wasn't practical for me.

Spent some time on the lid this weekend, taking advantage of having the extra room with the body parts in GJ. A little before and after.

But real question as I have seen both as answers. Did Toyota switch the tops from Cygnus white to white or were they always Cygnus white?

IDK but I went with cygnus white on my top for the FJ40 I restored. I feel like that was the general consensus and jivved with the old paint I was seeing in places.

It's unreal. I'm so pleased and feeling a little guilty that some of my work isn't up to that standard.
Thats about how I flet spraying primer on some tiny spots on the 60 floor before I laid killmat. I am glad most of my work is not visible.

Been a while since I updated last. Been locked in the garage every spare moment, which usually means after everyone has gone to bed. I'll pick up where the last post left off. I got the body back in July and took some time with that. The mounts I had were not useful as they were meant to replace one at time with the body still on. Order an OEMish set and went to work.
