Had to rent the big boy for the crank bolt.
I’d do whatever they recommendGot feedback from Gunn, head has been rebuilt before, just not as good as they'll do it () he did suggest replacing the exhaust valves. Any recommendations? They're $12 each from Toyota, seems an okay price.
Well, he suggested some there were about $200, and papa T has them for $256. He said he was happy to use either, so I just bought the Toyota ones.I’d do whatever they recommend
On the groove I'm almost positiveThere is a pretty deep groove in it. Does the new seal ride on the groove or on the polished spot next to it?
New and new! This is just a test run, haven't really driven it muchHow is the oil pump cover o-ring? Distributor o-ring?
I can't find one for the 80 harmonic balancer anywhere.that looks like a speedi-sleeve opportunity

Jeff, you read my mind, I put some JB weld on there and will sand it down with some fine grit sandpaper, I don't have anything to lose.I was gonna x2 what Mike said. I have read, but never tried it myself that JB Weld can be used to fill in grooves like that, but I think you have to be able to put the object into a lathe or similar to turn it down smooth. I wonder if a sleeve can be custom-made?
I looked and I think this might be for a different shaft, the crank pulley is about 2" in diameternational 99204 appears correct i think
