I do not think I have ever seen a white top red 60. Excited to see how it turns out!

Lemme introduce you to my source of inspiration, Alton Brown's former FJ60: https://www.motorcarstudio.com/vehicles/775/1982-toyota-land-cruiser-fj60. I couldn't relent, had to have the white roof.

Let's celebrate when I get the Colorado Pin Stripping.

Nice, i have the SOR version. Love them, but i did get a little leak which trapped moisture and caused some rust which I'll have to deal with. Would like to try another type and see if they seal better.

Youre getting close to having it on the road again! 👍

Went on to put on the new hood insulation, I distinctly remember sealant on there that’s not in the new hood. I didn’t imagine that right?

The hood support structure should be stuck to the hood skin with thick lines of sealant/adhesive that is applied in several places. Is that what you mean?

Exactly what I mean! OK, sounds like I need to use a seam sealer on those.

I would take the time to do it. The seal on my 80 is busted and the top of the hood vibrates a bit.

Just dont have too many beers before like I did. Mine looks awful.

Also the white roof looks badass with the paint job!
