I like it, did you have it 3D printed locally?

Thanks for the file, @Rzeppa what would this cost to print up?

Dang, I didn't think oem was even an option anymore. Very nice. I had a local tractor repair custom cut a piece and install with a new seal.

The guy I got the suspension from had a rolling chassis. I decided to purchase it since it was a 75 and no emissions required. We stripped the motor and axles. I decided since we were down to the frame to get it powder coated.

Next we had to do a chassis swap. Thank to Ricardo for the shop and lift and Oleg decided he was going to help us too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both Oleg and Ricardo. We had a rolling chassis in 1 day.

Now Oleg said we needed to replace the rear sill. The guy I got the rolling chassis from had a rear sill, fender skins and fender braces from real steel. Oleg got replacing the rear sill while we took the time to tweak some things and button up the front end from the chassis swap. We didn’t have enough time for more than the rear sill. It’s really nice not to have so many rattles. Thank you Oleg!!

Somewhere along the way when Jane had it the front cross member got tweaked and bent the bib up. Here you can see cross member bent. I don’t have good pics of the bent bib. We straightened it but you can still see it bent upward. The rolling chassis truck has a good rust free bib but we’re going to get it powder coated first. We put the old one back on for now.

Today we decided to put in the new Toyota glass. Wyatt said he had a hard time seeing through the old windshield esp at night. All the rock chips were like diamonds lighting up when there was an on coming car.

It was stressful and hard to get the new weatherstrip on the glass. I soaked the ws in hot water to soften it as much as we could. Once it was on and we put it up against the windshield frame the windshield popped right in with the string method. That part went much easier. It’s so nice having new glass. It had been a while since I've done a windshield.

I’m so jealous of the new glass. I can hardly see out of mine for the same reason. So many chips.
