I went with the Silvania Silverstars and will report back when I get them in.
Teq customs? I went to one of their rigs n coffee events a few months ago. They’ve go a pretty sweet setup and shop. Their work all looks good but I have read a few reviews that it wasn’t the best quality..but that was also when they were relocating shops it appeared. Hopefully you don’t have any issues once you get your lights all installed.Funny story, I was looking on TEQ and pricing out a set of lights for my 3rd gen since my silver stars aren't putting out enough light to compete with the new LEDs on the road messing with my night vision. They are fine until I cross paths with the much brighter lights. Well, long story short, I had put together a set with most of the bells and whistles and had an issue with the hairless cat's tail touching my screen and placing the order. Sent an email immediately and they sent back that all headlight sales are final. So, new headlights with LED projectors, multi- light temp function, and etched projector lens are coming my way at some point. These better be worth it! Otherwise, the cat must go!
They are in one of the Carolinas. I was pretty disappointed with there cancelation policy, especially considering I spoke with them immediately. I can't think of any cost incurred in that timeframe where having that policy would justify their response.Teq customs? I went to one of their rigs n coffee events a few months ago. As an online retailer myself that is a BS response. Unless their point-of-sale transfers money instantly then there is no % loss to cancel that order. Opening a chargeback is what I would be doingThey are in one of the Carolinas. I was pretty disappointed with there cancelation policy, especially considering I spoke with them immediately. I hadn't even been charged before I sent the email and spoke on the phone with them. It soured me to them a bit.As an online retailer myself that is a BS response. Definitely an unacceptable policy. The chargeback will go in your favor if you submit email with time of purchase and asking for cancellationI hadn't even been charged before I sent the email and spoke on the phone with them. It soured me to them a bit.

Yup that’s the shop I’m thinking about. That response is messed up and a pretty piss poor way to get a sale. Good to know, cuz I’ve considered doing some business with them but maybe not now. They are in one of the Carolinas. Regardless, if you want a refund, make a fuss.
