There are 99 counties in IA. The old plates have your County number on the left and the year in upper right. Found the correct set for the Stout. I run them legally with no additional paperwork too. Just need the registration and modern plate in the vehicle.

I think a friend of Karen’s is going to chase that Edsel. She had a 64 Dodge Dart as her daily & only for a while so she’s no stranger to old American iron. She sold it, got married, and had a kid … but is back to being interested in old cars. We’ll see how it shakes out.
