if it's legally titled as a 71 and does run great, then yes, but i'm betting there's a lot of rot in that body and no mention of passing emissions, and no plates and blocked in, for that price, i would want the owner to get it through e tests.

My guess is that salvage title is NOT free and clear or he would sell the whole thing instead of parts... just a guess who knows.

He is a big cruiser guy. Never met him but he parts out rigs on CL all the time. I saw a skid plate for a 100 for 2 years.

3Bs are bombproof. I run a Volvo turbo and 15psi. Every diesel needs a turbo. The turbo makes it drivable. You'll almost be able to do the speed limit up the hills. Great mileage offroad. I got almost 30mpg offroad in Utah 2 years ago.
