Yeah, theyll bolt up, and the spidertrax spacers if you want a better offset. Try them without to see how you like the offset.

Major drool! That thing is sweet! So the whole bed if fiberglass? Dang that would be awesome with 35s. Its cool how it has a little cutout for the exhaust. I love the ones with the round headlights.
