Not sure on titling, it seems like it's been built right way.

I had an 03 Jetta with the ALH TDI, very sought after, especially with the manual transmission like this truck. It got around 45mpg, better than my Prius I drive around now. Mine was stock, 0-60 it was around 15 seconds, although lots of torque. I felt like it could go up a mountain with the same acceleration. This build is pretty tuned, I'm sure it's quicker but a Tacoma body is quite a bit heavier.

It looks like the engine work is serious, my TDI specialist said that shop in Portland is the only one outside of Germany that works on those injector pumps, really expensive if it goes out. You'll need a TDI specialist here, though the amount of info online about those engines is comparable with the Mud community, it's really insane.

Why are they selling after 10k miles? Thats a serious swap for only that many miles.

Out of state plates etc my guess is they can't get it road legal here because of the swap.

Also, there's a 25k mile gap between the screenshot write-up and his description. So it was either purchased not too long ago or he was trying to sell it a couple years ago. Not sure why he couldn't just update the description.

My car had a colorado title and then they changed a law requiring a 17 digit vin which resulted in a 8 month ordeal to get it on the road.
