New LV in Boulder
I spotted this guy on the back of a car transport near my house. Of course I had to stop and inquire. The trucker was just backing it off the trailer when I arrived.
It's a 64 in very good working order (obviously) with a diesel H motor conversion. The guy bought it a couple years ago while living in Austin, and shipped it up here when he bought his new place in Boulder. Interior was redone, new floors welded in, limited rust on the body, and in pretty good shape as shown in the pics.
I did manage to find it on Mud, and it looks like it was rescued in Oregon and most of the work was done there by the guy that owned it previously.

Spotted Uncle Ben yesterday on 285 while driving home from Antonito. Could have used ya about ten miles before you came upon me, as a 18 wheeler almost ran me off the road while passing. Dan called him into CSP.
Also spotted Ken D while coming home from the cabin this morning on I-70. Ok, so I didnt make it home last night

.Yep. And Uncle Ben spotted me as I turned off 285 to go over Guanella Pass to get home last night too.

Did you guys traveling 285 see anything of the accident that closed the hiway on the east side of Red Hill Pass? I had to sit for about 20 minutes at about 4:30 while they loaded up the Flight For Life chopper and three ambulances. You could see an SUV that had rolled numerous times at the bottom of the hill off to the east.
You must have been not far ahead of us. We saw the signs for the closure, and the SUV off the road, along with the troopers documenting it. But no closure for us or helicopter either.

That's funny, I have seen that truck across from our house. His daughter lives across from our house. That is one of several ecentric vehicles he drives.
