Anyone recognize this FJ62? Has been parked on the street in Denver for a week+?

Near Thomas Jefferson High School / Happy Canyon Road area in Denver. Friend of mine lives near by and sent me the photos. Says it is an odd place for this to sit for so long.

Anyways, he left a note on it asking if it was for sale....any intel?

Mine. I live a block away, but my house has tons of contractor and worker trucks there every day. 😁

Never seen that in our neighborhood!
Me neither. They were there for about an hour - I heard the unmistakable sound of a 2F starting up, and then a 4spd being towed through gears as it pulled away. I put one of my stickers under their wiper before they left haha.

I saw my neighbor out this morning and asked about the old truck parked here last night. He was very confused: “were they being sketchy, did something happen?” No, dummy, it was a cool old truck. In any case, it wasn’t somebody visiting him.

Cross Roads district / 18th street outside of Grinders.
Built Cruisers like this one stick out like a sore thumb in KC. Or, at least they used to. Always good to go back home even though it was home 50+ years ago. 👍

This guy drives to work, and this Jeep sits in the parking lot of his job. Most of his coworkers have opinions of him.

LOL......So true! Back in the early 2000's no one knew what these things were. I didn't until I bought to use as a father /son deer hunting truck since it had 4wd and was a Toyota.

This was my 60, in KC in 2004:
