That’s the dream - like Dean’s truck that just sold. Late enough to get 4WD, early enough to have round headlights. Plus the bed that rolls over at the top for hooking straps too.

Safeway parking lot in Evergreen. This is the third cybertruck I've seen multiple times in the area. Another one is standard stainless and the third one is a black and white painted foundation.

Very nice truck, haven't seen it in this neighborhood before.

@Cruisertrash have you ever seen or talked to the 62 owner? I always see the rig, never seen the driver.

The red pickup has been there for 3-4 years now. The 62 is owned by a guy named Hayden that I’ve met a couple times. He owns Stowaway Kitchen on Walnut, a little breakfast/lunch place.

wow, how did I miss the pickup?? very clean. Must not be on my dog walking route!

I might have to check out the Stowaway Kitchen then. I left a card for the Coloyota Expo on his rig last spring :)

Older one with the front clip swapped out? If it's less than 25 years old, it isn’t long for this world.

Not sure. Interior looked new with a infotainment screen.
It's a very custom truck.

Not sure the details but FJ Company calls it a 1986 FJ70. From their other builds they seem to mix parts so I'm assuming it's a 1986 70 series frame that's got bunches of new stuff.

The hubs are 5-lug that would imply 1999+ 76/78/79/100/105 series axles so there's a chance it's one that's right at the 25-year eligibility.

They put in a 1GR V6, though. Perhaps a body swap. It's not unusual to see brand new 70 series bodies on 80 series chassis, although that's probably not the case here.
