There should be a recess in the lower tailgate for the license plate with a trim piece above that holds a couple of bulbs. This tailgate is just perfectly flat the whole way across. Never seen that on any 60 variant.

Spotted this cool 70 series heading up to Eisenhower Tunnel on Saturday. She was belching black smoke going 38mph with hazards on and temp tags. Been there done that, hope they made it!
