Where is this at? Illinois gulch? Sounds like pickle gulch is icy already, slaughterhouse is prob closed and Yankee is the fall back option. We are trying to keep fairly close to metro D.

Yeah, rainbow falls trail. Down past the turn offs for the Gulches, but on the east side of the road.
And I think Slaughterhouse is technically closed until April or May.

please enjoy democracy and vote for what trail we do! If we do rainbow falls, I don't know this trail and will need someone to guide us. I will handle the drivers meeting but I am along for the ride after that. 😜

It is what it is. We might get snow this week so fingers crossed it dumps. This past weekend was probably ideal but not really achievable for most.

There's effectively no snow out this way. Couldn't find a spot to take the kids sled riding this weekend. Even at Kenosha.
So unless we get some snow here (Pine, Deckers, Rainbow Falls, etc.) This won't be a snow run. The weather is looking like it's going to be warm all week and dry for the most part. It was 40° this morning at sunrise in Pine.
We'll see.

Well, I stand corrected. Despite the weather channel app saying we were going to be warm and dry all week… we just got 7” and it’s still falling in Pine.
