Restoring that 40 feels cheap now, huh.

I have been enjoying the snapping turtles on my morning walks along with the sliders who I catch sunbathing. This guy has been lurking around the same spot occasionally burrowing around in the muck and staying close to the ducklings for the past couple weeks. Today I was lucky enough to see 3 but I believe I saw a fourth in the mud but couldn’t confirm it.

here’s a insideview video of that 58 biscayne.
i kinda hate myself for loving that
but it’s pretty rad if not completely ridiculous

i always liked the 58 and more so the 59 chevy biscaynes and impalas

i like the alternative lower end biscayne vinyl seats manual windows — the poverty pack impala if you will

don’t get me wrong if i had f-it money a 61 impala ss 409 would be sweet but a 58 or 59 biscuits a beautiful car

When cars had soul. So many different looks to choose from and horsepower was becoming cool. Dad’s ‘61 Buick Electra had 325hp and it could definitely smoke ‘em. The ‘61-63 Impalas were the bomb.
What sort of boost must this car be running? I can’t imagine.
