Any other progressive rock fans out there? I listen to lots of YES, King Crimson, Camel, and the like. I always thought the genre had its peak and was on the decline. Recently discovered Wobbler and really enjoying their stuff.

That bass player sounds like the reincarnation of Chris Squire. Wow!

I've been digging this guy lately. Kind of a Johnny Cash sort of sound. Seems to be a genuine dude. Joe Rogan asked him to come do his show this summer, and he said he couldn't cause he's a ranch hand during summers.

He's got a lot of talent as a story teller but I think he's embellishing just a bit. His dad is a long time Saskatchewanian politician and provincial premier (like our governor sort of) for about 10 years so it's not there's a family history of ranching or roughnecking or anything.

cool. I agree, he is Canadian and probably didn't have a family background in ranching. Sounds like he has done it quite a bit in the last few years but I guess it's irrelevant to me, just thought it was funny that Joe was talking about being turned down cause he was currently working a ranch.

Pulled out a Vinyl Me Please purple pressing of Paranoid this evening. I'm not a stoner metal head, never was, but this is a good album just on lyrics and themes. Hell to the yes. I actually get chills to listening to this song.

Ohh ohh ohhh
Ohh ohh ohhh
Ohh ohh ohhh

If these walls could talk
I'd defer to the furniture
The piano, the table, the bed that we both sleep in
These constant, silent messengers

'Cause there's a story that's recorded in each fingerprint
That these disregarded artifacts collect
And if we boil down these documented memories
I have a feeling you should know what to expect

You were right on time
And out of nowhere
Right on time

Ohh ohh ohhh
And if they don't talk
I'll investigate a formula
Figures, equations, the details of our union
The edges of the nebula

At the end of such a long and worthy sacrifice
All that's left is to submit my full report
I'll have turned all of my hunches into certainties
And I will confirm what I already knew before

That you were right on time
And out of nowhere
Right on time

Ohh ohh ohhh

And as I stumble through the streets back from the alleyways
And everyone can see I'm bleeding through my shirt
And after describing all the shooter's details carefully,
And I start to realize just how badly I've been hurt

You were right on time
And out of nowhere
You were right on time

Right on time
And out of nowhere
Right on time
